Concert Artist

Katryna is a much sought after concert soloist and chamber musician.

As soloist Katryna has performed many concerts in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, France, USA and all over Asia. Based in Singapore, Katryna has been featured as soloist on numerous occasions by Espalande Theatres on the Bay, Singapore. Many orchestras have also invited Katryna to perform harp concertos with them. Highlights have included performances of William Mathias’ Harp Concerto with the Braddell Heights Symphony Orchestra, Rodrigo’s Concierto de Aranjuez with the Singapore Armed Forces Band and her own composition Water Dance with DingYi Chinese Orchestra. She was also guest soloist with the renowned King’s College Choir from England.

In Malaysia she has also held many solo concerts to high acclaim, including a fundraising recital in her hometown of Seremban, solo recitals at the Penang-YTL Arts Festival 2004, performing on “live” television at the Miss Chinese Malaysian Pageant in Genting Highlands, Solo recitals in KL Performing Arts Center and Penang Performing Arts Center.

In the International scene she has performed in Japan, France, USA and Australia. Katryna has been invited several times to perform in Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania and Adelaide. Dubbed as one of the leading Asia Harp Masters, Katryna has performed all over asia. Her more recent performance is a closing concert of Asia Harp Festival (Korea).

Besides classical repertoire, Katryna champions contemporary works for the harp and composes some of her own music.
